Experienced business development as well as system development of network infrastructure and cyber-security at a global Telecom. Moved on to business development at large social and gaming network. Has been since working in project management for mainly global financial services.

Our Approach
Enterprise reform and business processes improvment projects using today's IT have become highly complicated, to a point where even hiring expert consultants does not assure a success rate higher than 20%. How does it come to this in a project? The prime cause is that we tend as people to forget that "Things are Simple in Nature", and over-think what is supposed to be easy.Unfortunately, the person complicating things in a project and leading it to failure is usually, unforutantely, the Decision Maker.
However, complicating things is a trap that is easy to fall into. In a an IT centric project, management knowledge as well as sharp and broad IT skills are necessary, and in today's world where global has become a daily standard, understanding how to communicate with different cultures is also a requirement. If not equipped with the tools to think Simple, one will try to approach the the project the old corporate way, start getting lost in frameworks and methodolgies, and end up drawning in details.
Again, "Things are Simple in Nature". However complex and expertise-demanding may the project be, it only becomes difficult because the parties involved make it so. At Fixers "even with objects that appear complex we take take the simple approach, understand their essence, and focus on what truly matters". We have proved and exceled at this through several projects.

Client: A Major American Insurance
The client had sold its Japanese branche to a major Japanese compnay and needed to migrate their IT infrastructure to the new holder's domaine. The domaine migration had to happen on a large scale. It included business applications, custom and package, infrastructure and operations applications, directory services, hundreds of client devices virtual and physical. The project was managed by 3 of the four major consulting firms and was deemed to fail because of its complexity, lack of expertise and miss-coordination with the selling company. We took over the project and we persevered to bring a 2 supposedly year job to success within 8 months.
Client: A Major Japanese Insurance
The client is experiecing a very rapid growth while being dragged by an aging and often-outage-inducing infrastructure. The client started an IT modernization initiative. They needed a multiskilled team that can paint a roadmap of this modernization covering a complete spectrum of technologies. We took on this mission, we led a team of architects to make an execution plan, and we are in the midest of putting the cornerstones for this transition. We are receiving an utmost evalution by the client as they can already see the puzzle pieces coming together.
